Beta Blogger lets you create lists of links, including those who have no knowledge of HTML. But there is no such functionality to the menus. I had a few people ask me how to use the drop-down menus, and where you at the presentation. I thought that this is something that can be simplified by a third widget. I have an interface similar to the beta version, with which you can simply create drop-down menus and paste it into your blog in one click!
